We handling every aspect of the marketing of these homes which includes: Checking the status of occupancy, starting eviction process, re-keying property, turning on the utilities and paying the monthly billing, maintenance and cleaning of property, monthly landscape, full report of repairs necessary, overseeing the contractors on work that has been ordered, negotiating terms of sale, overseeing the entire escrow process and closing the transaction.

PRMOTING BANK FINANCING:  Promote the type of financing the bank requires. Each property will require pre-approval from a bank institution or if cash, provide proof of funds.
